Kivi Real Estate represented the seller in the deal in which Capitalica Asset Management (also developing the Verde office complex) purchased a logistics center on Ulbrokas Street in Dreiliņi.
The deal was managed by Ivars Gorbunovs, the head of the commercial property department of the Kivi Real Estate agency. After the concluded deal, Ivars commented:

The building is perfectly maintained and is in good technical condition, its total area is 5647m2. The logistics center is built in the stock-office format, where three types of premises are installed - warehouse, office, and customer service halls. The property is 100% leased for two companies - the security company GRIFS AG and the DIY wholesaler LicGotus.
