TAL RESIDENCE – a tribute to the great genius, chess-player, citizen of Riga – Mikhail Tal, as well as to the traditions and history of the city of Riga. In the most beautiful part of Riga’s “Quiet Centre”, surrounded by Jugendstil buildings included in the Culture Foundation of UNESCO, TAL RESIDENCE building appears – the future architectural monument of the 21 century. Two types of apartments are presented in TAL RESIDENCE: traditional apartments with balconies and terraces and penthouses. Option for joining apartments is foreseen even in the late stages of construction. Residents of TAL RESIDENCE are offered a choice of a „grey-finish” apartment where you can create your own interior, or two other interior finish choices, prepared by professional interior designers, with a built-in kitchen, plumbing, lighting fixtures and furniture. It is also possible to choose a „turn-key” apartment.
